Laurie, saw your show in Los Angeles, my 6 y.o. and 1 1/2 y.o. LOVED your show as well as my wife and I did, we grew up with your music and my 6 y.o. plays your music on the piano. THANKS!!!

I am so pleased to discover this page! I am a general music teacher and the parent of one among many children with special needs who have been influenced by, and have learned so much through experiencing the LBB. As I posted on the LBB wall a few weeks ago, I attribute a large amount of my son's initial speech acquisition to the band's energy, the music's diversity and simplicity, and the musically rich rhythms and melodies. The stories are appealing and diverse. I have devoted walls of artwork inspired by the mood the lyrics and music invoke from my students from kindergarten through third grade. The art is frequently meticulously detailed and utilizes a great deal of color. Isn't it lovely to experience joyful music?

Thank you LBB.

Thank you for this. My 2 year old daughter is in love with you guys. We hear the LBB CD at least 3 times a day! I love that now I can keep track of your goings on. I cannot wait to see you guys in concert one day...oh, I'm sure my daughter feels the same way too.

Just attended your Chicago (Waukegan really) concert. My daughter can't stop talking about it. She wants to have the band over for dinner! Great show, my husband enjoyed it too (he even wore his pajamas)! We sang LBB songs all the way home!

Hooray! The LBB has a blog. I'm happy to read of your adventures, and Queen Teen (aka Rhia) will be excited to hear the news. Cheers.

Congratulations on the new blog! Well done choosing TypePad for your platform, from a fellow TypePad user. You'll love it.

Showing my little boys your blog, I think they might finally respect blogging now. Not cool when Mom does it, but Laurie Berkner Band? Ultimately cool. ;)

This looks like fun...we're looking forward to seeing you again this year. Lizzy wants to sing with you in front of the audience next time - she's always singing with you in the audience. She's getting a little full of herself.

Congrats on joining the blogging community! You may have the only G rated blog on the Internet but that's a good thing, right? Hoping to see the Laurie Berkner Band back in the Garden State this year. We'll be the ones with the four year old trying to get on stage to sing with you guys (yup, that narrows it down.)

I'm looking forward to keeping up with your activities via your blog. :-)
Hope you can come out to Michigan (metro Detroit) soon.
